Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from the date of the purchase.

Mistakes made resulting in the shipment of incorrect products or amounts will be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of the purchase.

Cancellation of orders must be done before the shipment. Once the package has been dispatched we cannot stop delivery, it becomes the property of the customer.

Refunds will be issued in full for products returned unopened and still in perfect condition.
